We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs, or other conditions.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that on some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

RETURNS:

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE as every order is custom made for every customer. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have already been made.

SIZING GUIDE:

We need you to measure your girl. Please take a look at the listing’s last picture (SIZE CHART):

1. Chest – place the tape close under the arms, measure the Chest at the fullest part

2. Waist – measure around the natural waistline

3. Length – measure from underarms to the floor.

If your measurements do not match those specified in the standard size chart, we can make it custom. Please choose the “Custom” size and specify in the comments your measurements.

For Custom orders, if your size is bigger than the size chart, we have additional fees. Please choose the “Custom Plus” size and specify in comments your measurements.

Please allow 1-3cm (0.4-1.2”) differs due to manual measurement.
